Alumni

It’s a known fact that the strength of a management programs lies in part with the success of their alumni. The CEU Business School is a firm believer in this, and we foster the growth and networking between our alumni, whose numbers have reached nearly one thousand since the inception of the School in 1988.

Alumnet
Due to the truly international backgrounds of our graduates, we have created an on-line database, at www.alumnet.info, exclusively for the use of alumni and faculty and staff of the Business School. It is a vital tool for keeping in touch with friends, former colleagues and mentors, but most importantly it is an excellent resource for developing business relations. Alumni can search for others through various criteria, such as country affiliation or company, which makes it easy to expand upon existing networks. This is an essential element of the Alumnet, to share with others experiences, contacts, and other useful information for business or personal connections.

For CEU Business School Alumni
Please visit www.alumnet.info and register, if you have not done so already! Registration is easy and takes no more than a couple of minutes. If you’ve already registered, make sure to keep your information up to date, and add new profiles about what you’ve been up to, your resume, picture, etc. Please remember that the Alumnet is voluntary, so once you graduate you are not automatically registered.

Alumni Gatherings
As there are over 250 alumni in Hungary, we regularly schedule outings with local alumni, both formally and informally.
Every quarter, the CEU Business School has an informal Gathering with the alumni in Budapest to catch up with one another, and meet new friends and colleagues. These have traditionally taken place at pubs and restaurants for lighthearted evenings.
Also, we hold formal gatherings, which in the past have included INSEAD alumni as well in Budapest, where leading business entrepreneurs and businessmen have been invited as guest speakers to talk about their experiences.
We will keep you posted about upcoming events on this site!

Alumni Newsletters
The CEU Business School regularly writes the international alumni body newsletters, usually every second month, to provide information about changes at the School, new programs, events and other news. Make sure your Alumnet profile is up to date so that you’re receiving the Newsletters!
