The knowledge base required of real estate professionals has expanded considerably in view of the increasing trend towards globalization and greater integration of real estate markets with global financial markets.

The MBA in Real Estate Management Program combines a full program of finance, marketing, strategy, ethics, and other general management courses with a core concentration in real estate related courses.

Students receive a diverse education in the core areas of real estate, including the urban economic principles underlying the real estate, finance, investments, and development (See: Courses).

The Real Estate Program faculty brings together a group of community leaders in the real estate industry to provide a market perspective on key issues and who are committed to excellence in real estate education (See: Lecturers).
