Pál Baross, CRE, FRICS
Managing Partner, REAL AUDIT
Pál is the former Country Manager of ING Real Estate with some 30 years of experience in teaching, advising and making real estate development decisions.
Pál continues to provide board level advice through his consulting firm REAL AUDIT for developers, investors, space users and local governments.
       
 
Gábor Soóki-Tóth, MSc in Real Estate
Managing Partner, ECORYS
Throughout the past decade Gábor has given advice for most of the real estate developers who have shaped the cityscape of Budapest and other main cities in the region.
He has received degrees from the Technical University of Budapest, the Nottingham Trent University and the International Training Centre of Bankers.
Besides being managing partner at Ecorys Hungary, a company he joined in 1996, he contributes to several university courses as a lecturer and is a regular speaker at professional conferences.

József Czerny, MSc in Civil Engineering
Senior Adviser, Golder Associates
József is senior adviser at Golder Associates. He has a postgraduate degree in facility management, chemical engineering, and a degree in civil engineering from the TU of Budapest. He is a visiting lecturer at several universities, Chairman of the Hungarian Facility Management Society and member of the European Standardization Committee for facility management.

Stuart Durrant, Senior Lecturer in Real Estate, Area Coordinator Real Estate Management

  • Over twenty years experience in commercial real estate consultancy
  • Spent seven years as managing director of DTZ in Hungary, and two years as managing director of EC Harris
  • Extensive experience of nascent property markets in Central and Eastern Europe since 1989
  • Undergraduate thesis supervisory experience in areas of commercial property and property economics
  • Speaks English, Hungarian, French
