Since its foundation in 1988 by a group of visionary leaders including George Soros, CEU Business School has become one of the leading institutions of management education in Central-Eastern Europe. 

The special nature of CEU Business School can be seen in its commitment to playing an active role in introducing American style business education to the public and private sectors of the still transforming economies “east of the EU”.  The programs of the Business School are delivered entirely in English, to a diverse student body that represents more than two dozen countries, many of who will be the future leaders and catalysts of change in the transforming economies of CEE and the successor states of the Soviet Union.
